Jessica Carswell, MS
Jessica received her MS in Mental Health Counseling with a marriage and family therapy focus from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024. Recognized with the Advocacy, Leadership, and Service Award, Jessica remains committed to enhancing access to mental health services through her active involvement with the Pennsylvania Counseling Association’s Government Relations Committee.
With a background in supporting families, Jessica brings clinical experience working with children with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder as well as mothers facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, career uncertainty, and relationship conflict.
Her approach is holistic and integrative, combining cognitive behavioral techniques, narrative and art therapy tools, and mindfulness practices to foster positive change and personal growth.
Jessica is in the process of obtaining her Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, further reflecting her dedication to addressing the unique needs of new parents. She believes you are the expert on your life and sees her role as a collaborative partner and supportive guide, creating a safe and inclusive space for all identities and genders.
